Anurag has overall banking experience of 25+ years in corporate and transactional banking covering sales, structuring, credit, international trade, product management, distribution and portfolio optimisation.He was part of Citibank’s Global Trade & Supply Chain business’s Exco for 7+ years and was responsible for Citibank’s trade distribution & syndication team globally. He managed “investor” relationships across 100+ banks (global & regional) plus institutional investors/ asset managers.Subsequently, he worked as a strategic management consultant with IBM USA and Ernst & Young (EY) London/ European teams to help digitalise and transform their global trade finance and supply chain businesses across banks & corporates.Subsequently, he has launched Pinnacle Trade Finance, an Advisory & Tech Firm, comprising of team of ex-bankers and product managers from Citibank, Nomura, Barclays, ICICI Bank, PWC, SAP and others based in London and Dubai that have already helped raise $500+ million for various clients.One of Pinnacle’s top priorities for 2024 is to find alternate funding solutions for Factor industry via its “investor” relationships across banks, asset managers and institutional investors.
