Andrei Babchinsky

Head of Structured Trade Finance, Corporate Business Department, JSC “State Savings Bank of Ukraine”(Oschadbank)

Andrei Babchinsky is a trade finance and cash management expert with a 20 years’ experience.

He has worked in managerial positions in Ukrainian divisions of SEB and PKO banking groups, as well as in the largest private own Ukrainian bank – First Ukrainian International Bank.

As of today, Andrei holds the position of Head of Structured and Trade Finance at JSC ‘State Savings bank of Ukraine’, 2nd largest bank in Ukraine, fully owned by the state.

He also has high expert competences working with large national and multinational corporate clients, structuring and providing effective solutions in the field of trade finance, supply chain finance and cash management. Andrei takes an active part in the discussion, development and implementation of relevant legislation and infrastructure of the factoring/supply chain market in Ukraine.
