Alberto Amo Mena Global Head of Private Debt Mobilization - GTB & OTS, Santander Corporate & Investment Banking Alberto is globally responsible for the Private Debt Mobilization (PDM) strategy of GTB assets and global channels for OTS (Originate to Share). PDM manages Santander’s private debt distribution risk and integrates private-side structuring, loan syndications, securitisation, structured sales, credit insurance, and trade distribution teams. He is a member of Santander’s Global Underwriting Risk Approval Foro and previously of the Risk Proposal Foro. He leads the product plan to prepare Santander units for distribution strategies, covering legal, IT, workflows, accounting, governance, investor mapping, and risk frameworks. Previously, he led Trade Finance for Corporates, focusing on regulatory impact and capital optimisation. His roles included heading Trade Asset Mobilization and Supply Chain Finance. He served on ICC, BAFT, and WTO advisory groups.
