Admir Imami Group CEO, Zvilo Admir Imami brings over 25 years of experience in finance, with deep expertise in Trade Finance as an alternative investment class. Prior to launching Zvilo, a working capital provider for SMEs and corporates through structures such as supply chain finance (SCF) and factoring, and joining TDB Asset Manager as a Senior Advisor and independent member of its Investment Committee, Admir served as Head of Trade and Supply Chain Finance at British International Investment (BII), the UK’s development finance institution. Under his leadership, BII committed over $2 billion to Trade Finance in Africa and South Asia, facilitating more than $30 billion in trade and establishing limit lines with over 350 issuing banks across these regions. Admir also serves on the board of CIFC, CIB’s factoring subsidiary in Egypt. A seasoned entrepreneur with a strong track record in financial innovation, Admir co-founded Advance Global Capital (AGC), a London-based impact trade finance fund that invests in receivables and supports factoring companies worldwide. He remains dedicated to impact investing, with a focus on aligning UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and corporate ESG performance within the investment landscape. Admir holds a Bachelor of Science from Brooklyn College and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Fluent in three languages, he brings a global perspective shaped by living and working across emerging markets—including Africa, South Asia, Central Asia, the Western Balkans, and Latin America.
