^{Since 2015, Adam has been the global lead counsel for GHRF at HSBC. Prior to that he was lead counsel for HSBC’s UK receivables, equipment and supply chain finance business. Adam has been at HSBC since 2008, prior to which he worked in private practice in a national large law firm focused on finance litigation, acting for a variety of banks and financial institutions. Adam is qualified as a solicitor, and is qualified with higher rights of audience in the civil courts, in England and Wales.}
