The leasing and factoring portfolio of Latvia's Hanza Lizings company gained 31 percent last year to 167 million lats, holding 47 percent of the total leasing and factoring market. The company hopes to retain similar growth this year.
Unilizings leasing and factoring company, owned by Latvian Unibanka, last year earned a profit of 2.53m lats (EUR 4.03m), up 8.3 per cent from 2001, said Unilizings director, Janis Buks.
