White Oak suing Marsh for $143m over Greensill


The FT reported today that US private finance group White Oak, which is a global alternative asset manager specialising in financing solutions for small and medium enterprises, is suing Marsh for $143mn over information it failed to pass on regarding problems with the collapsed supply-chain finance firm Greensill. Marsh was Greensill’s commercial insurance broker, responsible for finding cover for the finance group against non-payment.
