US Dollars

White Oak Commercial Finance (WOCF), an affiliate of White Oak Global Advisors, announced it has provided a US$125m asset-based revolving credit facility to a US-based energy services company (the Company).

WOCF acted as the sole lender in the transaction, committing the full US$125m. The new facility aims to enhance the Company’s financial flexibility and liquidity.
