Vneshtorgbank (VTB) has raised more than Ђ27 million under a 6.5-year credit agreement with AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft mbH for long-term import financing covered by export insurers EULER HERMES (Germany) and SACE (Italy).
ING-BHF Bank AG and Deutsche Bank AG are the co-financing banks for the VTB-AKA agreement.
Since the signing of a base credit agreement between VTB and AKA in 2001, Vneshtorgbank has secured 12 individual credit agreements totalling Ђ81.5 million.
The overall amount of available financing for commercial contracts under these agreements was more than Ђ93 million.
