Venture Finance speaks the language of finance


A seven-strong team of directors have paid an undisclosed sum for the UK and European operations of Manchester language-training firm, Vektor, creating new firm, VL Systems.

The spin-out was conducted after Vektor’s venture capital backers, based in Singapore and Malaysia, decided to focus on the Far East market for teaching English as a foreign language, thus paving the way for the deal.
