Equity Participation and Trade Finance Services now available.
Venture Finance plc has diversified its product range by introducing the above mentioned services in May, both of which are to work in conjunction with Venture’s other factoring and invoice discounting services and facilities. The Equity Participation service will provide funds of up to Ј100,000 in the form of a combination of term loans and ordinary shares. The Trade Finance facility is set to advance up to 100% of the value of goods purchased from anywhere in the world for forward sale to their customers.
These new services are among the first launched by Venture’s new Product Development Team, recently established by Director, Alison Small.
