The Ukranian factoring market posted volume figures for new factoring agreements signed in the first quarter of 2010 of 560.0m grivnas, which is slightly lower then in then 589.9m grivnas in Q4, 2009, according to the Central Bank of Ukraine.
Factoring turnover for the same period amounted to 386.1m grivna, with 493 factoring contacts being financed. In the first three months of 2010, sixty-eight factoring companies were operating in the Ukraine, the report said.
