Surath Sengupta joins Lloyds Banking Group to lead trade and working capital innovation


Surath Sengupta, formerly of HSBC, has assumed the role of Managing Director, Head of Trade and Working Capital Innovation & Transformation at Lloyds Banking Group. His extensive experience as Managing Director & Global Executive Committee Member at HSBC, where he spearheaded sustainability trade finance initiatives, positions him well for this new role. Based in London, Sengupta will report to Gwynne Master, managing director for trade and working capital lending at Lloyds.
