St George Bank Ltd has appointed a new head of its Scottish Pacific Business Finance and Business Customers units.
The bank said Kevin Ayres, who is currently head of corporate and business banking in Western Region Sydney, has been an employee since 1988.
Scottish Pacific Business Finance, which was acquired by the bank four years ago, is now a valuable contributor to the bank's overall suite of products through its factoring and invoice discounting, the bank said.
Clive Isenberg, who filled this role up to now, will assist Mr Ayres with the transition until 30 September and will then retire from the bank.
