Introduction

Since 1999, our products have grown considerably, resulting in increased export support of Slovak products and services. EXIMBANKA SR was established by Act No. 80/1997 of the Export–Import Bank of the Slovak Republic (“the Act”), as amended by Act No. 336/1998 and Act No.214/2000. EXIMBANKA SR began operating on 22 July 1997. The sole owner since that date has been the state.
