General meeting of Slovak Factoring Asociation (SFA) has elected a new director. Miroslav Bernat, general manager and head of board of directors of VUB Factoring, Inc. became a new chairman of SFA.
He was elected to the office for one year, replacing previous director Martin Sencak of OB Feller Factoring.
Miroslav Bernat studied at the Faculty of Philosophy, KomenskŠ¹ho University, also Exchange and Offset transactions on American Graduate School of International Management. He undertook several foreign courses and seminars. Since 1993 he has been working in VUB Bank on various positions, with a focus on structure and export financing.
He became a general manager and head of board of directors of VUB Factoring that is a daughter company of VUB Bank in 2002.
