Siemens Financial Services, Inc. announces new CEO and top management positions


Siemens Financial Services, Inc. (SFS), the US commercial finance and leasing arm of Siemens AG, today announced the appointment of Roland Chalons-Browne as president and chief executive officer. Chalons-Browne succeeds William Zadrozny who is retiring after 10 years with the company.  Chalons-Browne joins SFS from WestLB, an international bank with US$130 billion in assets, where he served as managing director. He brings 25 years of experience in international banking and finance, with particularly strong expertise in asset finance, project and export finance, and securitisation.  "Joining a company with the history, global brand power, and talented workforce of Siemens is an exciting opportunity," Chalons-Browne said.
