In reference to the capital increase from the 2004 warrant exercise, in the amount of 15,751,275 units or 551,294,625 baht, Siam Panich Leasing Public Company Limited has used these proceeds to originate new receivables from December 20-31, 2004 as follows:
Originate new hire purchase receivables 962,740,467.18 baht
Originate new leasing receivables 30,629,406.54 baht
Originate new factoring receivables 330,980,389.85 baht
Total 1,324,350,263.57 baht
The company has used the entire proceeds from the capital increase to originate new receivables, totalling 1,324,350,263.57 baht, which exceeds the proceeds received from the capital increase.
In addition, the Company has arranged to seek funding from various other financial institutions to support its continued business growth.
