Siam General Factoring announces dividend decision


Siam General Factoring said its board on March 28 approved no dividend for 2002 due to retained loss, a capital reduction to 682.75m bt from 745.33m bt by cancelling 6.26m unissued shares (10 bt par), totalling 62.57m bt, a capital reduction to clear the accumulated loss by changing share par value to 1 bt from 10 bt, to 68.28m bt from 682.75m bt, and capital increase to 168.28m bt from 68.28m bt by issuing 100m new shares (1 bt par). The shareholders' meeting will be held on April 25, register closed April 11.
