Applications invited for new England-wide Incubator Fund
Budding entrepreneurs looking to take their first steps in the business world are to benefit from a new Ј75m fund launched today by Small Business Service.
The SBS is looking for creative, innovative schemes rather than applying hard and fast rules by which successful applicants will be judged.
The Incubators will provide:
an instructive and supportive environment for entrepreneurs in start-up and early stage businesses;
access to small workspace units on flexible terms with easy-in, easy-out terms;
access to early stage finance;
networking and peer group support;
effective technological infrastructure, including broadband communication links; and
access to business support tailored to the needs of the client businesses.
