The Royal Bank of Scotland Commercial Services (RBSCS), the invoice finance arm of The Royal Bank of Scotland, announced today the appointment of Stuart Allison as regional business development manager covering the southwest and South Wales.
Stuart has over 16 years of financial experience including 12 years in corporate banking and invoice discounting with Bank of Scotland and, more recently, he has been responsible for structuring acquisition and refinance solutions with GE Commercial Finance Limited.
Stuart will lead a team of business development managers from offices in Cardiff, Bristol and Exeter.
