Regency Factors report on their 2003 performance


Bury-based Regency Factors plc has reported pre-tax profits of Ј223,382 for the year ended 31 January 2004, an increase of 10.27% compared to the previous twelve months’ figure of Ј202,570. In the same period, turnover increased by 25.18% to Ј22.47 million (Ј17.95m: 2003).

Regency Factors was formed in 1990 to provide factoring facilities for small, fast-expanding businesses. In 2004 the company’s core client base remains the small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector.

In the directors’ report, chairman Stephen Clague said: “Client numbers continue to increase due to our marketing strategy and flexibility for the take-on of new business, whilst still concentrating on retaining existing clients with a high level of service.”
