Intrum Justitia, with operations in 21 European countries, and D&B Receivable Management Services (D&B RMS) with offices in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Hong Kong, signed an exclusive multi-year strategic alliance to provide receivables management services for each other’s clients on a global scale.
Initially, Intrum Justitia and D&B Receivable Management Services will provide reciprocal cross-border servicing and customer service. Over time, the two companies expect to offer further products and services. The agreement will enable Intrum Justitia’s clients to have their U.S., Canada, Mexico and Hong Kong receivables handled by D&B Receivable Management Services. In turn, D&B Receivable Management Services’ clients will benefit by having their European accounts handled by Intrum Justitia.
