LB Factors, factoring druћba, d.o.o. has changed its name to PRVI FAKTOR, faktoring druћba, d.o.o (meaning first factor) after Slovenska izvozna druћba, the Slovene Export Corporation (SID), became 50% owner of LB Factors. The remaining 50% stays in the hands of Nova Ljubljanska banka Group (35% LB InterFinanz AG Zuerich and 15% Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d., Ljubljana- NLB).
The company has changed from a stock company (d.d.) to a limited company (d.o.o.), headed by an Assembly, consisting of the following representatives of the company’s stakeholders;
