  • Factoring and invoice discounting group Dynamic Commercial Finance (DCF) was set up by three former employees of ABN Amro's factoring division. It helps small companies, with annual sales of less than Ј3m, to raise money. To date, growth in its client base has beaten expectations, but remains slower than other companies in its sector. But economic slowdown should help the company, as banks cut back their lending books.
