From January to October of 2022, in Peru were negotiated 917,788 invoices for a total amount of PEN 23,771m (US$6,178m), allowing the financing of 15,982 companies nationwide, reported the Ministry of Production (Produce).
During the first 10 months of the year, more than 15,900 companies carried out factoring operations, Produce added. Majority of the companies who applied for factoring 13,381 were micro and small companies (mypes).
