The Paris office of Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw has recruited a team of corporate lawyers from SG Archibald, a firm that has been part of the Arthur Andersen network since 1993.
The team is headed by Xavier Jaspar, a partner with vast experience in M&A and private equity transactions. He brings with him Natalie Perreau and Alexis Dargent, of counsel and senior associate respectively, as well as associates Emily Pennec and Caroline Ackermann. In less than twelve months, this is the practice's third partner-level recruitment in Paris, following the arrival of a tax team headed by Sylvie Camus (formerly at Ashurst Morris Crisp) and the addition of M&A specialists Tom Moore and Erwan Heurtel who joined from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.
