Oseo SME financing totalled 7.5bn euros in 2004


Oseo, the holding group for France's bank for the development of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), BDPME and its national agency for the development of research, Anvar, yesterday released its 2004 results, showing that it had provided €7.5bn of financing to 57,000 SMEs. More than 34,000 new business creations were helped with €1.4bn of risk capital, while 4,000 business transfers were facilitated through guarantees and co-financing.
