OFEX plc responds to the Bank of England Finance for Small Firms report


In April 2003 the Bank of England published its tenth annual review on finance for small firms. As always the report raises important issues regarding the availability of finance to SMEs and also highlighted concerns as to the impact of EU directives on the costs of capital for SMEs. OFEX [see footnote] has responded formally to the report and will be meeting with Officials from the Bank to discuss their report and its response.
