Mynd FinTech launches UFX SCF platform

fintech

Mynd FinTech, a subsidiary of M1xchange, has launched UFX (Unified Financing Xperience), a consolidated supply chain finance (SCF) platform for large corporates managing working capital across payables and receivables.

The platform is being introduced at a time when SCF programmes are becoming more complex, often involving multiple banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and technology portals. This fragmentation has created operational challenges for finance and treasury teams, including limited visibility and increased manual processes. UFX aims to address these issues by bringing multiple SCF instruments onto a single digital platform.

UFX supports a range of financing options on both sides of the balance sheet. On the accounts payable side, it includes TReDS, dynamic discounting, payable finance, reverse factoring, import factoring, and buyer’s credit. On the receivables side, the platform supports dealer finance, sales invoice discounting, export factoring, export letters of credit, and bill discounting. This structure allows corporates to manage different working capital programmes within one system.

The platform integrates with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and connects with more than 70 banks, NBFCs, factors, and TReDS platforms. Transactions are designed to be largely automated, with the objective of reducing manual intervention and improving visibility across programmes, particularly for enterprises operating across multiple business units.

UFX also allows corporates to alternate between early payment, dynamic discounting, and pay-later models based on liquidity needs. On the receivables side, real-time data on financed invoices is intended to support cash flow planning.

In addition, the platform uses data-driven models to support discount predictions and includes configurable workflows to accommodate multi-entity enterprise structures, alongside automated invoice scheduling and reconciliation processes.
