Management Buyout Team at Myson Pumps Receives Funding Solution From GE Capital Commercial Finance

The management team of Myson Pumps, one of Europe’s largest producers of domestic pumps, has received an asset-based funding solution for an undisclosed amount from the Cambridge office of GE Capital Commercial Finance. The funding package has allowed the management team to acquire Myson Pumps from its parent company, Baxi Heating Ltd.

The newly-acquired company, which is based in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, will trade as Circulating Pumps Ltd. Since it was established in 1970 it has become one of the largest suppliers of lightweight circulators for central heating systems in the UK. The company’s product base also includes a wide range of quality pumps for pressure boosting, drainage, chilled water, air conditioning and the aquatic industry.
