London Scottish Invoice Finance 2003 profits down by 14.4% to Ј800k


London Scottish Invoice Finance Limited, the factoring company formerly known as ISIS Factoring plc, has released its results for the year to 31 October 2003. The reports shows pre-tax profits of Ј802,829, a reduction of 14.4% compared to the 2002 figure of Ј937,913. Turnover was Ј1.91 million for the same period (2002:1.95 million).

On 31 October 2003 the company changed its name from ISIS Factors plc to reflect the London Scottish Bank group corporate brand with the business and assets being transferred to the new company.

London Scottish Invoice Finance Ltd provides factoring facilities to small- and medium-sized UK-based businesses and is a member of the Factors and Discounters Association (FDA).
