Leicestershire based print management and communication services business Aiza Limited has acquired Present Format (UK) Limited, a print distribution business located in the Midlands. This is the second acquisition by Aiza, quickly following the acquisition of Hornermain in August 2001. The deal, worth Ј1 million, was backed by Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance and Northern Venture Managers [NVM].
Aiza was formed in August 2001 by Mike Conner, previously Sales and Marketing Director of Rexam Printing, Gary Parker and Tony Rekhi (previously Managing Director and Finance Director at Hornermain). Sean Smyth, previously Technical Director of Rexam Printing, joined the team in January.
