Leadership change in the asset-based lending arm in Bank of America Business Capital


Bank of America announced a change in leadership in Bank of America Business Capital, the asset-based lending arm of its Asset-Based Lending & Leasing division.

Richard Higginbotham, president of Asset-Based Lending & Leasing, has named Joyce White as president of Bank of America Business Capital, effective immediately. White, who has served as the president of the Pacific/Southwest division of Bank of America Business Capital, will report to Higginbotham.

White will be responsible for leading this important business segment, which is a market leader in providing structured financing and related banking services to leveraged, asset-rich companies principally in North America and European markets. The company provides asset-based loans to manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and service companies supporting a wide range of financial needs, including growth, working capital, acquisitions, turnarounds and restructurings, as well as, recapitalisations...
