Key Capital Factoring Inc. changes its name


Last year, Key Bank and Trust changed its name to K Bank, after a lengthy lawsuit over the Key name by Cleveland-based banking giant KeyCorp.

Now, K Bank's parent company Key Capital Corp. has officially changed its name to K Capital Corp. Sister company Key Capital Factoring Inc. has changed its name to K Capital Partners.

After taking the one-letter route, K Bank reported record earnings for its fourth quarter and fiscal year. The bank last week reported fourth quarter earnings of $1.57 million and 2003 earnings of $6.29 million.
