Master Robert Turner is to be the new president of the Institute of Credit Management (ICM). Master Turner is senior master of the Supreme Court, Queen’s Bench Division, and the Queen’s Remembrancer.
Looking forward to the Institute’s AGM on 1 July 2003, when his appointment will be formalised, he said “During my time as Senior Master, I have come to realise the vital role played by education and training in the development of one’s professional career. I am therefore delighted that the Institute, with its strong emphasis on vocational education, is offering me a new range of opportunities. Its members do me a very great honour in allowing me to serve as their president.”
