HSBC enters small business financing agreement


Mexico's fourth largest bank HSBC Mexico has signed a small business financing agreement with the economy ministry and development fund Fundes, the bank announced in a statement.

During the first three months of the programme, HSBC could lend up to pesos 200m (US$18m) to about 800 small businesses through different financing schemes ranging from 10,000 pesos up to 1m pesos.
