Hammonds has expanded the capabilities in Asia with the appointment of partner Anthony Chan to its Hong Kong office, where he will be joined by a team of lawyers.
Anthony joins the firm from the Hong Kong office of Barlow Lyde & Gilbert, where he was an equity partner.
He specialises in asset-based lending, secured, structured and tax-based finance throughout Asia. As an investment and finance lawyer, Anthony has extensive experience in the technology, aviation, utilities and financial sectors.
