Chilean financial group Grupo Security will make a capital increase of between US$50m-60m on 11 November this year, local press reported.
Investors have until November 10 to register with the group in order to take part in the offering.
Grupo Security is active in a wide range of sectors such as banking, factoring, insurance, stock brokerage and mutual fund administration.
