GMAC Commercial Finance (GMAC CF), the UK's largest independent invoice finance and asset-based lending specialist, has appointed Jane Mckenzie-Wynne as area director.
Jane was formerly corporate finance director at accountancy firm Baker Tilly. In her new role she will be based at GMAC CF's London offices in Cornhill, where she will lead the asset-based lending business across Southern England with a brief to build it from its current base.
Jane has extensive experience with management buy-outs (MBOs) as well as mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of sectors.
"The strength, experience and market knowledge of GMAC CF's team across the asset-based lending and MBO finance areas is very strong, and I look forward to leading the ongoing development of our business in London and the South," said Jane Mckenzie-Wynne.
