GE Commercial Finance names new CEO


GE Commercial Finance Ltd (GECF Ltd), a leading UK provider of business finance solutions, today announced the appointment of Richard Pelly as chief executive officer. Pelly, who will be based in Reigate, will take overall leadership responsibility for the UK business and will lead its continued growth and development plans.

Pelly joined GE in 1997 in the GE Capital European Business Development team. In 1998 he was appointed as CEO, Budapest Bank for GE Consumer Finance. Prior to joining GE, Pelly had a successful career with Barclays Bank group in branch, corporate lending and operational management roles both in France and the UK.
