GE Commercial Finance Ltd. (GECF), a leading UK provider of business finance solutions, today announced the appointment of Adam Wardle as regional director, London. Mr. Wardle, whose appointment is effective immediately, will report to Tim Hawkins, director, UK South, and will be part of GECF's team of regional directors for the south.
Prior to joining GECF, Mr. Wardle was senior manager, Corporate Finance, at Horwath Corporate Finance in London. In his three years there he served as adviser and project manager for a number of deals ranging from sales and acquisitions to MBOs. He spent the previous four years as manager to the managing partner of Grant Thornton in Sydney. Mr. Wardle is ACA qualified and a member of the ICA.
