Fortis Commercial Finance (FCF), one of Europe’s largest commercial finance companies, and EDS today announced a business partnership to provide back-office services to the accounts receivable and commercial finance markets. The agreement creates the largest, third party services provider for commercial finance in the Benelux.
As part of the agreement, EDS signed a seven-year IT services contract to optimise and streamline FCF’s IT application and infrastructure platform, and provide application support and maintenance of FCF’s existing legacy environment. 26 employees will transition from FCF to EDS.
