Belgian Fortis Bank recently opened its first representation office in Budapest, Napi Gazdaság reported. Fortis plans to be active in corporate financing and will open more branches in Central and Eastern Europe, representation head Edit Sziráki said. Fortis will mainly focus on medium-size and large companies, offering leasing, factoring, trade financing and cash management services for them. Source: Budapest Business Journal
