Finansbank Romania has obtained a Ђ15m syndicated loan arranged by Alpha Bank's London branch, The Bank of New York and Wachovia Bank National Association and subscribed to by nine international financial institutions.
The credit facility will support the operations of Romanian companies and finance exports. The financing accord was signed on 12 October 2004.
According to Mediafax, Finansbank Romania is a member of the FIBA Group and registered a net profit of 79.7 bn lei (Ђ1.9m) and total assets of 4,344.2 bn lei (Ђ105.9m) last year.
