Finance ministry decree on application of VAT to factoring agreements

The ministry of finance has issued a decree to the effect that factoring shall be charged to VAT from 1 July 2004 following the European Court of Justice (ECJ) case of MKG-Kraftfahrzeug-Factoring-GmbH of 23 June 2003.
