FDI inflow rises


Foreign direct investments (FDI) in Bulgaria in the first quarter of 2004 totalled Ђ294.1 million, an increase of 13% compared to the same period last year.

The reported capital inflow accounts for 1.5% of GDP. The Netherlands tops the ranking of countries with the largest FDI (32.1 % of the total), followed by Sweden (29.7%) and Austria (13.7%).
