FDA Launch Day Courses

FDA launches new day courses to improve skills and knowledge across the industry.

The Factors and Discounters Association (FDA) has just released a new set of specialist day courses for 2002. Running up to July, the new courses will raise the professional standards and knowledge of those working in the industry.

Most of the courses take place over two days and are hosted across the UK in London, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, and Stratford-upon-Avon. Supplementing the Distance Learning Programme, these specialist courses are aimed at staff of all levels within FDA member companies.

Sadia Malick, FDA Training and Education Executive, comments: “Our training programmes are aimed at a diverse range of FDA members, from Account Managers, to those just entering the industry. All the courses have been devised to give maximum benefit through a mixture of thorough briefings and interactive workshops.”
