In the scope of the rationalisation programme of the factoring activities of the UniCredit group, UniCredit Factoring has purchased the share participation of Grifo Factor owned by Banca dell'Umbria 1462 S.p.A.
UniCredit Factoring will constitute the reference company for the factoring activity of the group and, during this year, the merger of Grifo Factor will be completed.
The board of directors has appointed Luigi Moncada (managing director of UniCredit Factoring) as managing director of Grifo Factor, and Antonio Fiore (head of Credit and Risk managing of UniCredit Factoring) is the newly appointed director of Grifo Factor.
