Siam General Factoring Plc (SGF), the Thai factor, has reported a net profit of Bht 86.33m for second quarter 2004.
However SGF is struggling with its core business. In second quarter 2004, it reported a decrease in factoring income of 28.2 per cent although this was compensated by a 75 per cent rise in income derived from its leasing and loan operations.
